✪ heroic changes at a glance; always a wip
HUBERT ➼ Little Bro going solo. A blueberry cinnamon roll with surprisingly more spice than his soff appearance and sweet personality might suggest. Is a good boy who FUCKIN' BROUGHT CHERIA TO LHANT HILL LIKE HE PROMISED UNLIKE SOMEONE ELSE WHO DOESN'T EXIST IN THIS 'VERSE. He tried his best to make a dope dualblade for himself, but he didn't have enough resources to pull it off so he ended up with Wilt and Blush as a consolation prize. Which, tbh, is still pretty impressive. (Also impressive: the debt he incurred along the way for it. Don't worry, paying it off is a sidequest.)
RICHARD ➼ Possibly even more yandere in this 'verse. (That whip of his must be bringing out his dominant side.) Is way too entertained by Hubert's squishiness (but who wouldn't be, really). Becoming the Mask of Barona doesn't save him from getting swordinated at Wallbridge, but at least he actually tried to disguise himself.
CHERIA ➼ Hubert's #1 fan, not that she would ever admit it (true to form). DON'T YOU DARE TALK TO THE FUTURE LORD OF LHANT THAT WAY!!! Still ends up helping out with a relief organization, but that comes after her first job as the queen of the Lhant resistance.
RAYMOND ➼ Reppin' for Strahta since Hubert is staying firmly in Lhant. Gets major points for defeating a swordwielding, gunslinging, spellcasting Hubert with a magic-less rapier. Gets no chance at all with Cheria for obvious reasons. Gets better about the whole "being a stupid, self-serving asshole" thing, somewhat.Gets a nonzero chance of being Sophie's single dad in the future.
MARIAN ➼ Raymond's aide. A cheerful and highly competent girl able to keep track of everything except her own belongings. Gives Raymond way more credit than he deserves, which doesn't actually stop her from attempting to bring the wrath of the Strahtan government down on his head for his asshattery in Lhant.
RANGER'S PROMISE ➼ Hubert's Accel Finality.Hopefully. Because otherwise I don't know what I'm going to do about this journal name.
